While I cannot verify everything in the meme, I can verify many of its benefits through my own experience. I feel much more centered, and better physically and emotionally. I have been eating in an 8-hour window and fasting for 16 hours. It gives my body 8 hours to break down the food and distribute it through the body, and then 8 hours to eliminate waste.
 
I recommend watching videos by Dr. Jason Fung. Also, I found the Fit for Life book by Harvey & Marilyn Diamond to be helpful.
 
Note that this IS NOT a dietary restriction program. It’s not a diet! You need to eat clean and hydrate. If anything it’s a time restricted or time managed program of nutrition.
